What We Do
Avisaar Children’s Care
Residential Children’s Homes in the West Midlands
At Avisaar Children’s Care, we provide residential care homes for children and young people aged 7 –17 across the West Midlands.
Our homes offer safe, nurturing environments where children can heal, grow, and thrive — emotionally, socially, and educationally.
Every young person is unique, which is why our approach to care is highly individualised. Each child has a personalised care plan, behaviour plan, and risk assessment, tailored to meet their emotional and behavioural needs. These plans are reviewed regularly to reflect progress and achievements along the way.
Our team provides a stable, structured routine that balances education, health, personal development, and recreation— ensuring every child experiences a positive, fulfilling home life.
At Avisaar, our values — respect, nurture, education, and growth — are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to helping children build confidence, develop life skills, and look forward to brighter futures.

Residential Care & Safe Living
We provide high-quality residential care homes for children and young people aged 7–17 across the West Midlands. Our homes offer a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children feel protected, valued, and supported. Every child experiences a sense of belonging and security that helps them heal and grow.

Individualised Care & Emotional Support
Every child is unique, and so is our care. We create personalised care plans, behaviour plans, and risk assessments tailored to each young person’s emotional and behavioural needs. These plans are regularly reviewed to recognise progress, build resilience, and support emotional wellbeing at every stage of their journey.

Education, Life Skills & Positive Futures
We support children to thrive in education, personal development, and daily life. Through structured routines, encouragement, and positive role-modelling, we help young people build confidence, develop essential life skills, and prepare for independent, successful futures—while enjoying a balanced and fulfilling home life.
