About Avisaar Children’s Care
Avisaar Children’s Care is a trusted, independent residential childcare provider based in the West Midlands. We currently operate a welcoming three-bedroom EBD home in the Shirley area, supporting young people aged 7 –17 with emotional and behavioural needs.
We continue to invest in our services and in the people who deliver them — our Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, and dedicated Support Workers. Our robust training programme ensures every team member is equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
Regular supervisions, reflective practice sessions, and annual appraisals ensure our staff remain supported, confident, and motivated to make a difference.

At Avisaar Children’s Care, we provide high-quality residential care homes for children and young people aged 7–17 across the West Midlands.

Every young person is supported through an individualised care plan, behaviour support plan, and risk assessment, all tailored to their specific needs. These plans are reviewed regularly to ensure progress, stability, and positive outcomes.
